Single Layer Systems

Single-layer-cross-section

Triton Stormwater Solutions Chambers are less expensive, quicker and easier to install than other types of underground stormwater chamber systems. The side-portal feed provides greater flexibility in engineering and hydraulic design, eliminating circuitous routing of feed pipes from inlet structures to entry point of a header pipe. Triton Stormwater Solutions Chambers may also be used in place of corrugated metal, or HDPE pipe for stormwater conveyance comparable to a 48-inch diameter pipe, with the added benefit of infiltration and water quality enhancement.

Our Site Calculator contains all the components you need to calculate materials and total system cost. Create an account and you can see how the Triton Stormwater Solutions Stormwater Chamber System compares with ADS-Stormtech's SC-310, SC-740 and MC3500, Contech and Hydrologic's Stormchamber, Cultec's Recharger 330 and VI8 systems.

Double Stacked System

Double-stacked-cross-section

Triton Stormwater Solutions double-stack stormwater chamber system allows the end user to reduce the size of the drainage footprint by taking advantage of the superior strength of the Triton Stormwater Solutions Stormwater Chambers. Double stacking the chamber system per the double-stack section drawing gives the end user a reliable alternative to only single-stack systems. If in the event that the depth of the trench cannot facilitate the minimum required cover of the top stormwater chamber layer of 18" then the RSD stormwater chambers are recommended for minimum cover of less than 18".

Triton Stormwater Solutions Chambers are designed as an underground stormwater retention or detention chamber which also facilitates sediment management. The top portal provides an identified area to cut out for placement of up to a 33” PVC riser or manhole for easy access to accumulated sediment deposits that are residing in the sump basin assembly. Vacuum trucks are used to remove sediment deposits and their associated nutrient, pollutant and debris components.
